Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy outlines the general conditions for changes, cancellations, and adjustments related to custom kitchen furniture orders placed with Komolots. All cases are assessed individually based on production status and material use.

๐Ÿ› ๏ธ 2. Custom-Made Products
All kitchen furniture produced by Komolots is made to order based on confirmed specifications. As such, returns are not accepted unless the item is found to be defective or does not match the agreed design documentation.

๐Ÿ•’ 3. Cancellation Timing
Cancellation requests can only be accepted prior to the start of production. Once materials have been ordered or fabrication has begun, cancellation may not be possible, or may involve material cost recovery.

๐Ÿงพ 4. Order Confirmation
A detailed order summary is provided before production begins. This document outlines selected styles, materials, finishes, and pricing. Once confirmed, any changes must be submitted in writing and may affect pricing or timelines.

๐Ÿ”„ 5. Modifications After Confirmation
If changes are requested after confirmation but before production, we will assess feasibility. Modifications during production are generally not possible. In such cases, we will discuss available alternatives.

๐Ÿงฉ 6. Faults or Inconsistencies
If a delivered product does not match the agreed specifications, we will review the issue and offer an appropriate solution. This may include repair, replacement of components, or rework. All cases are documented and handled transparently.

๐Ÿ“ธ 7. Inspection and Reporting
Clients are encouraged to inspect the delivered furniture at the time of installation. Any concerns should be reported in writing within 5 business days. Clear descriptions and photos help us assess and resolve any valid issues efficiently.

๐Ÿ’ณ 8. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are not provided for change-of-mind or measurement errors submitted by the client. Refunds or partial refunds may be considered only in cases where items are unusable due to confirmed production errors.

๐Ÿ“ฆ 9. Logistics and Handling
Returns, if approved, must be coordinated with our team. Items should remain in original condition. Transportation and removal arrangements will be managed by Komolots or an appointed provider.
